Rhonda Copp



With over 25 years of experience in business and entrepreneurship, Rhonda Copp values success as helping others achieve their goals. As owner/broker-in-charge at Real Estate Property Management and Sales Corp (RPMS) of Charlotte, she is managing a one-stop shop for real estate including sales, property management, lending and legal services.

Rhonda holds a full Broker’s license in North and South Carolina. Her Past projects include “The Arlington” high-rise in Southend and Belmont Reserve in Belmont. Her past achievements have ranged from marketing and selling out two D.R. Horton townhome communities to serving as the project lead for “The Abbott Townhomes,” a Tony Pressley and MECA Property.

Her career in real estate began nine years ago as the office manager of My Townhome Realty where she quickly advanced as the owners’ personal assistant. Then, she escalated, yet again, to the role of property manager. Feeling the need to challenge herself even more, Rhonda quickly moved upward to a buyer’s and listing agent, all the while, maintaining her property manager status.

In November 2011, she joined Keller Williams, Ballantyne where she achieved a combined sales of over $7 million. In January 2012, she founded Rental Property Management Services (RPMS) of Charlotte.

In April of 2013 Rhonda founded Real Estate Property Management & Sales Corp. in South End and has grown the office from 1 agent to 5. The office has now moved to Callabridge Commons just off Mt Holly Huntersville Rd in Charlotte (Hwy 16). 

Rhonda believes in educating her clients regarding the market, financing, changes in the economy and the new and exciting development world of Charlotte. She works very hard for her clients and believes in honesty and fairness.

Past Experience

Her first venture in entrepreneurship began as a licensed Cosmetologist in Maine where she opened her own hair salon, Rhonda’s Family Haircare. She employed 2-4 hairstylists and nail technicians. Unfortunately, ten years later, Rhonda had to stop practicing hair styling due to carpel tunnel syndrome.

This setback did not deter her. Being a very fit individual who values helping others with their health, Rhonda decided to pursue a career in fitness and nutrition. After months of training and earning four fitness certifications, Rhonda launched her own wellness center–Professional Wellness Associates. Rhonda had a personal training studio and also contracted to large corporations for corporate wellness programs. She employed 4-6 personal trainers and a massage therapist. In 1996, Rhonda sold her business and decided to move to the warmer climate of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Rhonda has three grown children: Ryan, 35; Matthew, 31; and Patrick, 30. She is proud to say that they are all pursuing their own careers as entrepreneurs.

When she is not selling real estate, Rhonda enjoys learning more about Charlotte, fine dining, movies, motorcycles, football, baseball and staying fit.
